Concept

"Mortal Engine" is a full length dance piece, featuring six dancers on a steep stage, mostly kept in darkness by a computer interactive projection system. In this production by German software artist Frieder Weiss and Australian choreographer Gideon Obarzanek, projections react to the dancer's moving body, graphically illuminating and extending it.
